Job Description
Moude Group One Membre PLC is looking for Senior Customs Declarants to manage customs declaration and clearance activities. The role involves preparing accurate customs documentation, coordinating with customs authorities and logistics partners, following up on shipment clearance, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations and clearance documents.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, clients, freight forwarders, and transporters.
- Follow up on inspections, assessments, payments, and shipment releases.
- Process declarations through Ethiopian electronic customs systems.
- Identify and resolve documentation and compliance issues before submission.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
Mandatory Requirement: Valid Ethiopian Customs Declarant Certification.
