Job Description
Belsty Trading PLC invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position. Responsible for handles all export activities, ensures adherence to international trade regulations, prepares export documentation, coordinates with logistics partners, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in export or international trade
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and logistics operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full export process including documentation, shipment, and customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs officials, and clients to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare export reports and maintain proper documentation
- Identify opportunities to optimize export operations and reduce costs
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays, customs, or compliance
