Job Description
ADIU Communication Service PLC is looking for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. The position will provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and improve organizational financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and conduct variance analysis.
- Provide actionable financial insights to management.
- Support strategic planning and business decisions through financial analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.
- Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and business processes.
- Support financial performance optimization.
- Mentor and support junior FP&A team members.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
