Key Responsibilities

Support the institution's digital financial strategy, mobile wallets, and agency banking solutions.

Oversee Core Banking System performance, system updates, and third-party vendor integrations.

Maintain uninterrupted network connectivity between the head office and branches.

Protect customer financial data and support compliance with National Bank of Ethiopia IT regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience:

At least 4 years of total work experience.

At least 2 years of related experience.

At least 1 year in a senior position.

Additional Requirements:

Good knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and practices.

Good knowledge of computer systems security, development, and administration.
