Senior Production Manager (Chemical Manufacturing) : Clean Hub Impex Trading PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete manufacturing process from raw material receiving to finished product dispatch.
• Develop, optimize, and validate formulations for cleaning and hygiene products.
• Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production workflows.
• Supervise raw material inspection, batching, mixing, filling, labeling, packaging, and warehousing.
• Establish and maintain effective Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, occupational safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor production efficiency, quality, and resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
  • Chemistry
  • Industrial Chemistry
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in chemical manufacturing or production operations is highly relevant.
• Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene product manufacturing, formulation, QC/QA, and GMP is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, production planning, and problem-solving skills.
