Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Design and size solar pumping systems, solar backup systems, generators, and water pumping solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, and tender documents.
• Install, commission, test, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems.
• Provide technical support, customer training, and after-sales services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare technical and sales performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Electrical Engineering
• Electromechanical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Renewable Energy Engineering
• Related engineering fields

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in technical sales, renewable energy systems, or electromechanical solutions is an advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, generators, and pumping solutions.
• Ability to prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Good technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
