Job Description

The Senior Technical Trainer is responsible for developing the technical capacity of engineers and technicians by designing and delivering structured training programs focused on ATM maintenance and repair.

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Postgraduate degree (MIS or MSc) preferred

Required Experience

  • Minimum 4 years (BSc) or 2 years (MSc) in ATM maintenance or technical service
  • Experience delivering technical training programs
  • Practical knowledge of multiple ATM models and diagnostic tools

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training curricula for ATM repair and maintenance
  • Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training sessions
  • Assess technical staff competency and identify skill gaps
  • Develop technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs
  • Stay updated on new ATM technologies and integrate into training materials
  • Support onboarding and certification of new technical staff
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

  • Strong presentation and instructional skills
  • In-depth knowledge of ATM hardware and software systems
  • Ability to mentor and coach technical teams
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
