Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, surveys, and input from management
• Design and develop training programs to address identified skill gaps
• Deliver training programs using appropriate methods in line with bank policies and regulations
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance measurement
• Prepare training reports and documentation
• Work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or related fields with 5.5 years relevant experience
  OR
• MBA / MA in the same fields with 3.5 years relevant experience
• Preferably experience in the banking industry
• At least 2 years in a relevant officer position

Additional Requirements:

• TOT Certification from a recognized organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills
