Position 1: Junior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Assist with electrical installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance activities.

Support senior engineers in project execution and technical documentation.

Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Assist in troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment.

Perform other related engineering duties as assigned.

Requirements

BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from a public/government university.

Minimum CGPA of 3.6.

Graduation year: 2026.

Strong interest in electrical engineering, installation, maintenance, and electromechanical systems.

Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work as part of a team.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.

Position 2: Sales Executive (Field & Office Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients by visiting construction sites, commercial developments, and industrial projects.

Meet contractors, real estate developers, project consultants, and facility managers to present the company's services.

Follow up with potential clients by phone and email and manage sales leads through to completion.

Collaborate with engineering, tendering, and manufacturing teams to prepare proposals and quotations.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline status, and site visits.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

1–4 years of proven experience in field sales, B2B corporate sales, or industrial sales.

Experience in construction or engineering sales in Ethiopia is highly preferred.

Key Skills and Attributes

Strong motivation and willingness to spend significant time in the field developing new business relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Amharic and English.

Ability to understand and discuss basic electromechanical and engineering concepts with clients.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance fieldwork with office-based follow-up and reporting.

Position 3: Head of Commercial

Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Lead sales, marketing, business development, and tendering activities.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Oversee tender identification, bid preparation, pricing, compliance, and timely submission.

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to support profitability.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Manage departmental budgets, performance targets, and reporting.

Lead, supervise, and develop the commercial team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience.

Proven track record in sales growth, marketing, and successful tender management.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, bid documentation, pricing, and contract negotiation.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong analytical, planning, and financial awareness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience with CRM and tender management systems is an advantage.

Relevant professional qualifications or a master's degree are additional advantages.
