Site Engineer (II) – Bahti Engineering PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site construction activities and workforce operations.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor foundation engineering activities including piling, shoring, and related works.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project management.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at construction sites.
• Prepare site progress reports and technical documentation.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and resource utilization.
• Support problem-solving and technical decision-making on site.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Civil Engineering
• Construction Technology
• Related engineering fields

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Experience in foundation or geotechnical works is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Construction management knowledge.
• Strong site supervision ability.
• Understanding of civil engineering practices.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work at different project locations.
