Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.
At least 3 years of proven real estate sales experience.
Alternative Qualification:
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience may also qualify if they have:
Strong social media sales skills.
At least 10,000 social media followers.
Proven lead-generation results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generate and convert high-quality real estate sales leads.
Promote apartments and commercial properties through digital marketing, social media, networking, and field prospecting.
Use social media platforms and personal networks to attract potential buyers and generate leads.
Present properties and guide customers through the sales process.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Negotiate sales and achieve assigned targets.
Track lead generation and maintain accurate sales records.
