Job Description
YBM Trading PLC is seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth operations in the store. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with purchasing and operations teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
- Organize and maintain inventory in the store
- Issue materials per request and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of goods
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Hotel and Tourism, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
