Job Description
The Store Keeper responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring proper storage of goods. The role supports procurement and production by ensuring materials are available and properly documented.
Qualification
Level IV Diploma or BA Degree in Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Material Management, or related field
Experience
Minimum 3–4 years relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue materials properly
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare stock reports
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages
- Ensure proper documentation of store transactions
Required Competencies
- Good organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail
