Educational Requirements

Applicants should have a degree in one of the following fields:

Accounting

Finance

Business Administration

Management

Industrial Engineering

A related field

Preferred Professional Certifications:

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Equivalent professional certification

Additional training or certification in internal audit, risk management, or compliance is an advantage.

Work Experience and Technical Requirements

6–8 years of relevant internal audit experience.

Proven experience in a manufacturing company is required, preferably in a steel factory, metal manufacturing, or a similar process/industrial manufacturing environment.

Strong hands-on experience conducting operational, process, and internal control audits.

Experience auditing plant/manufacturing operations, inventory, procurement, production, and supply chain processes is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to identify control weaknesses, assess risks, and provide practical corrective recommendations.

Experience working with ERP systems and computerized audit/reporting tools.
