Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the conversion of digital transformation strategy initiatives under the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO) into actionable implementation roadmaps, workstreams, and milestones.
Serve as a liaison between the CIDO and business units responsible for executing initiatives and digital transformation projects.
Support initiative owners and implementers in resolving dependencies, conflicts, and resource bottlenecks across parallel initiatives.
Maintain a centralized tracker of CIDO initiatives to monitor implementation status, risks, and progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate change management and communication activities to support user adoption of new digital tools and processes.
Capture lessons learned from completed initiatives and incorporate them into future strategy planning.
Recommend process improvements to strengthen implementation efficiency and coordination mechanisms.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational Requirements
Applicants must have one of the following educational qualifications:
First Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or
Second Degree in a related field.
Candidates should also demonstrate strong business acumen, project coordination capabilities, and analytical skills.
