Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate site survey reports and site preparation guides.
• Participate in designing and optimizing solutions per customer requirements.
• Prepare technical response documents and solution proposals.
• Develop system specifications, low-level and high-level design documents.
• Work with solutions in Computing, Storage, Backup, Replication, Enterprise OS, Database, Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure, and End User Computing.
• Prepare documentation including technical specifications, compliance tables, Bills of Quantity, and Bills of Materials.
• Conduct testing, knowledge transfer, and As-Built documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related field.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience.
• CCNA or MCSA certification is a plus.

• Excellent communication, organization, and reporting abilities.
• Technologically and digitally literate.
• Responsible, accountable, and open-minded.
• Willingness to adapt and continuously learn.
