Job Description
Med Empire Trading PLC is seeking a qualified Tender Officer to identify tender opportunities, review bid requirements, coordinate inputs from internal departments, and prepare high-quality technical and commercial tender submissions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Search daily for new tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
- Review tender documents to determine whether the company meets financial, legal, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate and gather inputs from Sales, Legal, Finance, and Technical departments for bid preparation.
- Collect, organize, and regularly update company compliance documents, certificates, and previous project profiles.
- Draft, edit, and format high-quality technical and commercial bid submissions.
