Transport & Logistics Head – ISAM Trading P.L.C.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall transport and logistics operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and operational plans.
• Coordinate transportation activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and transportation resources.
• Monitor logistics performance and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation policies, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide operational updates to management.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics and Supply Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years and above of relevant work experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of transport and logistics management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple logistics activities effectively.
