Job Description
AMG Coffee Export is looking for a qualified User Adoption Specialist to support users in effectively adopting and utilizing the company's technology systems and applications.The User Adoption Specialist will develop and deliver user training programs, workshops, demonstrations, and orientation sessions to help users effectively understand and use organizational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop user training programs and learning materials.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and orientations.
- Support users in understanding and adopting technology solutions.
- Identify user challenges and provide appropriate support.
- Work with relevant teams to improve user experience and adoption.
- Monitor user adoption and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills
