Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, Data Science or related field.
• Experience in MEL/M&E within development or donor-funded projects.
• Experience with data collection, research, documentation and database management.
• Knowledge of SPSS, EPI-Info, KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, Power BI, R, Excel or similar tools.
• Knowledge of youth employment and workforce development is an advantage.
• Frequent field travel may be required.
