Warehouse Team Leader – Coca-Cola Ethiopia

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Lead and manage warehouse personnel to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure accuracy of physical stock counts and inventory records.
• Optimize warehouse storage space, forklifts, inventory capacity, and manpower.
• Coordinate loading activities and maximize truck/load utilization.
• Plan and manage warehouse materials and supply requirements.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping, safety, and organization.
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement measures to improve efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and inventory management standards.
• Support accurate inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Promote effective teamwork and accountability within the warehouse team.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• First Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Procurement & Supplies Management, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Experience in FMCG operations is required/preferred.
