🎓 Educational Qualification

Candidates with a degree in:

• Teaching / Education
• Social Work
• Early Childhood Education
• Early Childhood Development

Priority Profile: Cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 or equivalent or higher.

• Excellent written communication in Amharic and English
• Functional Amharic typing and editing skills
• Strong interest in supporting caregivers and families with young children
• Willingness to participate in supervised family/community support activities
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Strong judgment, integrity, communication, and commitment to quality
• Willingness to test Tsehai trainings, tools, and products with real users

📝 Main Responsibilities

The intern will:

• Review learner video, audio, and written evidence.
• Identify learner strengths and priority areas for coaching.
• Prepare and edit clear Amharic coaching responses.
• Communicate with learners, caregivers, and families in Amharic and English.
• Participate in supervised family-support activities.
• Test Tsehai trainings, tools, and products.
• Provide useful feedback based on user observations.
• Maintain quality and trust while working under pressure.
• Learn from feedback and gradually take on greater responsibility.
