🎓 General Requirements

• Technical Assistant: Undergraduate CGPA 2.50+
• Lecturer: CGPA requirements vary by applicant category.
• Thesis defense result must be Very Good or above for postgraduate applicants.
• Maximum age for applicants entering lecturing/academic roles: 45 years
• Degrees must be from a government university.
• Second-degree field should be directly related to the first degree.
