About Me
My name is Birtukan Kussa, and I am a Software Engineering graduate from Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU), Ethiopia. I completed my bachelor’s degree in software engineering in 2026. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a strong foundation in software development, programming, databases, system design, and problem-solving. Alongside my academic studies, I actively participated in different technology-focused programs and projects that helped me strengthen my practical knowledge and prepare for a professional career in software engineering.
In addition to my academic education, I participated in a six-month Qiyas training program, where I developed my full-stack development skills in greater depth and gained hands-on experience with both frontend and backend technologies. I also worked as an intern at Kuraz Tech Company for four months in 2025, where I gained valuable professional experience, worked in a real-world development environment, and applied my technical knowledge to practical projects. These experiences have strengthened my skills, confidence, and passion for software development, and I am motivated to continue learning, growing professionally, and building practical digital solutions.
