💼 Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and recording cash, cheque and bank-transfer collections
- Issuing legal receipts
- Managing petty cash
- Preparing daily cash and bank reconciliations
- Processing supplier and staff payments according to approved procedures
- Recording transactions in the accounting system
- Filing supporting financial documents
- Supporting VAT and withholding-tax requirements
- Supporting month-end closing activities
