Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
- Assist with financial tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Support payment preparation and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Handle procurement and logistics for projects and office needs
- Maintain organized records and documentation for both administrative and finance functions
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
