Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience in administration and/or finance

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
  • Assist with financial tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Support payment preparation and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
  • Handle procurement and logistics for projects and office needs
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for both administrative and finance functions

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
