Qualifications
🎓 First or Second Degree from a recognized university in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- Automotive Technology
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Other related fields
Experience
6–8 years of relevant work experience, including:
- 2–3 years in supervisory or managerial positions
Key Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive/service operations
- Proven supervisory and management experience
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Ability to manage after-sales service activities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to coordinate technical and service teams
