Banking Business Officer I – ZamZam Bank S.C

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily branch banking operations and customer service activities.
• Assist in delivering banking products and services to customers.
• Promote financial inclusion and interest-free banking services.
• Manage customer relationships and provide timely support.
• Support account opening, transactions, and branch operational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with banking procedures and policies.
• Contribute to achieving branch business targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in:
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Accounting
  • Other Business-related fields

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of branch banking experience.
• At least 1 year experience as a Junior Officer.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of banking operations and procedures.
• Ability to work with customers professionally.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to ethical and Shari’ah-compliant banking practices.
