Job Description
Job SummaryThe Branch Manager will provide strategic leadership for branch operations, growth, financial performance, staff development, member relationships, and regulatory compliance. The position will lead efforts to expand the loan portfolio, mobilize deposits, improve branch performance, and deliver quality services to members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff.
- Manage branch financial performance and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong member relationships.
- Drive branch growth through context-specific marketing and sales strategies.
- Support the development and improvement of Amigos products and services.
- Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports to upper management.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and member-focused service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience.
