Branch Manager II – Nib International Bank S.C.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily branch operations.
• Lead branch staff and ensure effective performance management.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service and business growth.
• Monitor branch financial performance and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage risks and strengthen internal control systems.
• Build strong customer relationships and support business development.
• Prepare branch performance reports and submit updates to management.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess one of the following:

• MA/MBA/MSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

OR

• BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience Requirement

For MA/MBA/MSc Degree Holders:

• Minimum 7 years of banking experience.

For BA/BSc Degree Holders:

• Minimum 9 years of banking experience.

Additional Requirement:

• At least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager I or equivalent banking-related position.
