Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Labour Studies or related field.
• MA is an advantage.
• Significant experience in youth employment, workforce development, internships, TVET, livelihoods or private-sector engagement.
• Experience in project coordination/management and donor-funded programmes.
• Experience with budgets, procurement, logistics and administration.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and people-management skills.
• Frequent travel required.
