Job Description
CoffeeNet Trading PLC is seeking an IT Officer to provide technical support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Corporate IT experience is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration.
Location: Addis Ababa
