Job Description

Commercial Nominees PLC invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following senior leadership position. The Director – Emerging Business Operations is responsible for leading the development, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of new business ventures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage emerging business units to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment with company goals
  • Develop and implement business strategies, operational plans, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, business opportunities, and competitive environments to guide decision-making
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives
  • Oversee project implementation, risk management, and resource utilization
  • Monitor business performance, prepare management reports, and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best business practices
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement across emerging business operations

Required Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold one of the following:

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Project Management, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or other business-related fields
    OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or other business-related fields

Required Work Experience

  • 9 years of relevant experience for Master’s Degree holders
  • 11 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders
  • Out of the total experience, at least 4 years must be in a managerial or leadership position

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong financial and operational management knowledge
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
