Job Description
Intrinsic Consultancy PLC is seeking an experienced Embroidery Department Manager to oversee embroidery operations, manage production quality, and lead technical and operational teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Garment, Textile, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and approve embroidery designs
- Digitize and program designs using Wilcom software
- Supervise daily embroidery machine operations
- Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Plan production schedules aligned with factory plans
- Ensure embroidery quality standards and inspections
- Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and designers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international brands
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Experience managing 50+ employees
- Strong digitizing and embroidery design skills
