• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree or 6 years with Master’s degree.

2. Financial Administration Team Leader

Grade: XV | Quantity: 1

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
• Bachelor’s: 8+ years, including at least 5 years in finance leadership/team lead roles.
• Master’s: 6+ years, including at least 3 years in finance leadership/team lead roles.
• IFRS and/or Peachtree certification preferred.

3. Accountant III

Grade: XIII | Quantity: 1

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
• 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• IFRS and Peachtree certification preferred.

4. Fixed Asset Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or Accounting & Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

5. Gym Coordinator

Grade: XII | Quantity: 1

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education or related fields.
• Personal Fitness Training certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s: minimum 4 years; Master’s: minimum 6 years in gym/fitness service management.

6. Gym Specialist

Grade: X | Quantity: 1

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a gym/fitness trainer.

7. Accommodation Service Coordinator

Grade: XI | Quantity: 1

• Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management, Hotel & Hospitality Management, Business Management, or Logistics & Supply Management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accommodation services or hotel cafeteria management.

8. Guest Receptionist

Grade: X | Quantity: 4

• Level 4 Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management, Hotel & Hospitality Management, or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• English proficiency required.
