Ethiopian Airlines – School of Finance Trainees

🎓 Qualification Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following:

Option 1

• 10+3 or Level IV Diploma in Accounting from a recognized college/university.

OR

Option 2

• Completion of 65–85 credit hours or 109–142 ECTS in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.5.
• Minimum grade of “C” in all principal and intermediate accounting courses.

⚠️ Important: Applicants with more than 85 credit hours / 142 ECTS, including BA degree graduates, are considered overqualified and will not be accepted.

👤 Age Requirement

• 20–27 years old, inclusive.

🌐 Language

• Knowledge of English, Ethiopian Airlines' working language, is mandatory.
