Key Responsibilities:

• Manage factory production operations and administrative processes
• Develop, implement, and enforce operational procedures and standards
• Optimize resource allocation and production efficiency
• Monitor maintenance, quality, and safety compliance
• Train, evaluate, and mentor factory staff
• Implement cost-control measures and performance improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

• MSc/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 4 years experience for MSc / 6 years for BSc, including at least 2 years in senior factory management

Skills:

• Production and operations management
• Leadership and team management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Analytical and strategic planning
