Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field
• IFRS Training is mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a manufacturing industry is highly preferable
• At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory finance role is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting department
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Oversee tax compliance and statutory reporting
• Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management

Required Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills
• High level of integrity and accountability
