Finance Manager – Flipper International School

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial management activities.
• Develop and support strategic financial plans and forecasts.
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
• Develop, monitor, and manage organizational budgets.
• Analyze financial performance and provide management with financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Monitor financial controls and support effective financial management systems.
• Supervise and coordinate finance team activities.
• Support data-driven financial decision-making.
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational financial objectives.
• Perform other finance-related duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, including managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Experience in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
