Job Description

Job SummaryThe Graduate Engineer will support engineering, electromechanical, and project activities across Merit Engineering's projects. This opportunity is designed for talented fresh graduates who are interested in developing their professional careers in engineering and industrial project environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engineering and project implementation activities.
  • Assist senior engineers with technical tasks and project assignments.
  • Participate in site and project activities as assigned.
  • Support preparation and review of technical documents.
  • Assist with engineering calculations, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and project teams.
  • Gain practical exposure to industrial and electromechanical systems.
  • Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related engineering field.

Experience:

  • 0 years required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

  • Fresh graduate from a recognized university.
  • CGPA above 3.4.
  • Strong interest in engineering and industrial projects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work at project sites.
