Graphic Designer – AKOYA PROPERTIES

The successful candidate will create designs for digital and print channels, collaborate with marketing and other teams, and ensure consistency and quality across all brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and graphics using professional design software.
• Create designs for brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, social media posts, web banners, email templates, and other promotional materials.
• Develop visually appealing presentations for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and communicate key messages effectively.
• Design graphics for the company website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies and recommend creative solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen AKOYA PROPERTIES' visual brand identity.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Development, and other teams to understand design requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and strategies.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all design outputs.
• Review final designs before production or publication.

Qualifications & Experience

• BA/BSc in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related role.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns for corporate or real-estate brands is an advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong visual design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
• Strong understanding of branding and brand consistency.
• Ability to create materials for both digital and print platforms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to deliver high-quality creative work in a performance-driven environment.
