Job Description
United Beverages Share Company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner – Supply Chain to align HR strategies with business objectives and support leaders and employees within designated business units. The role will focus on workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities, challenges, and future workforce requirements.
- Lead workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders.
- Identify critical talent, capability gaps, and succession requirements.
- Lead effective recruitment and selection for critical positions.
- Drive effective implementation of performance management processes.
- Work closely with the labor union to maintain smooth employee relations.
- Provide proactive HR solutions aligned with business needs.
- Support organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in an FMCG company is preferred.
