Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The role ensures proper implementation of HR policies and supports employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate recruitment and hiring activities.
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee performance evaluation processes.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain positive relations.
  • Coordinate training and professional development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce planning data.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in HR.
