Junior Finance Officer – Eternal Media and Promotion PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices.
• Manage petty cash and track expenses.
• Support budget follow-up for events and projects.
• Record financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Assist with payroll preparation and staff payments.
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
• Support tax, withholding, and VAT documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements and cash records.
• Provide general finance and accounting support as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
