Job Description
The Junior HR Officer supports the HR department in recruitment, employee administration, and HR documentation. The role assists with daily HR operations and ensures proper management of employee information.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and employee selection processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Assist with employee attendance and leave management.
- Support HR reporting and administrative activities.
- Assist with employee communication and coordination.
- Support HR compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 6 months relevant work experience.
Required Skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and administrative abilities
- Basic understanding of HR practices
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)
