Junior Import and Export Officer - Zelalem Eshetu Coffee Exporter

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor import and export processes in accordance with company policies and applicable local regulations.
• Keep up to date with new customs requirements and ensure compliance with standard procedures.
• Prepare required import and export documents and ensure timely submission to customs authorities.
• Check duty requirements and ensure applicable VAT payments are properly processed.
• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain import and export documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure complete and accurate document submissions.
• Support day-to-day import and export operations and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or a related field.

Experience:

• No prior work experience is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Relevant import/export or customs experience is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of import and export documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn customs and import/export regulations.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
