Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Plumbing, Electricity, Woodwork, Sanitary, or related fields.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building maintenance and repair activities.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance works.
• Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure proper use and care of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Report maintenance needs promptly.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic maintenance and repair skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision.
