The Golden Roots PLC is looking for 3 Junior Software Sales Representatives to identify potential customers, introduce software products and services, and support sales through direct customer engagement and field-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential institutional and individual customers to introduce the company’s software solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technology and software solutions.
• Explain software products and provide product presentations to prospective customers.
• Conduct regular field visits to develop new customer opportunities and support sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare regular reports covering field activities and sales performance.
• Represent the company professionally when engaging with prospective and existing customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Interest in technology and software solutions and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Self-confidence and interest in sales.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under stressful situations.
• Good coordination and networking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and support team mobilization and partnership activities.
