Job Description

The Maintenance Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall ATM maintenance and technical service operations of the company. The role ensures maximum ATM uptime, efficient deployment of technical resources, strong vendor management, and compliance with operational standards.

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Master’s Degree (MIS or MSc in Engineering Management) preferred

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for BSc holders
  • Minimum 8 years for MSc/MIS holders
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Proven experience in ATM operations, electronic equipment maintenance, or banking technology services
  • Experience in ATM network management systems and vendor coordination

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee nationwide ATM maintenance activities
  • Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Supervise workshop managers, engineers, and technical staff
  • Monitor ATM uptime, downtime, and service-level compliance
  • Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and spare parts procurement
  • Develop annual maintenance plans and operational budgets
  • Analyze technical performance data and prepare management reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
