Key Responsibilities

Territory Management

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Expand market reach and grow customer base within assigned territory.

Client Engagement

• Identify and approach decision-makers in schools, colleges, and training centers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Product Demonstration

• Present and demonstrate EdTech products (software, platforms, devices).
• Clearly explain product value, usability, and learning outcomes.

Needs Assessment & Customization

• Understand client needs and challenges.
• Recommend customized solutions, packages, or pilot programs.

Onboarding Support

• Coordinate product trials and onboarding processes.
• Provide initial training and ensure smooth implementation.

Account Management

• Conduct regular follow-ups and client visits.
• Drive renewals, upselling, and referrals.

Reporting

• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare sales reports and share market feedback.

Targets & KPIs

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales.
• Experience or strong interest in education or EdTech sector is an advantage.

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Negotiation and relationship-building ability

• Ability to meet sales targets
• Good organizational and reporting skills

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Comfortable using digital tools (laptops/tablets for demos)
• Ability to guide clients through basic technical onboarding
